VA Veteran Employment Data

Colleagues and Fellow Veterans,

 

Today marks the first Friday of April which means the Bureau of Labor Statistics released their employment statistics.  The data Included today is for the month of March, 2014, as well as the 1st quarter, 2014.  The National unemployment rate remained unchanged at 6.7% while the Veteran unemployment rate decreased slightly from 6.3% in February to 6.0% in March.  The Veteran unemployment rate average for the first quarter of this year was 6.0%.
