That was one of those Semtex mortars the ops guys leave for the bad guy in their caches. They do the same thing with bullets. Emty out the powder and replace it with c-4 gelignite. When the bad guys pull the trigger it blows the receiver apart. The idea is to make them not trust their own supplies. Sneaky, sneaky, sneaky.
