Michael Yon calls Army leadership 'cowards'

Michael Yon Facebook Fan Page

Military blogger Michael Yon, who is no longer embedded in Afghanistan, clearly has problems because he's at it again resorting to name calling.

In a Facebook post last night on his fan page he wrote, "My traffic shows a bloody week in Afghanistan. I should be there. But the Army won't let me in. Leadership cowards."

Even though Yon has been called out for his ridiculous accusations, almost all of his online efforts getting attention lately have to do with putting down the military. Which makes it strange, considering he says he wants to return to Afghanistan as an embedded reporter with the military.

I should probably point out that insulting people is not a good way to make friends.

Just saying.

I do not know if he is the watchdog we need there or is he a distraction the Army could live without. There are many who wish he would go away I am sure. Maybe just a timeout is the solution lol . I guess if he hurts morale or jeopardizes lives or missions it is time to go. If not let him continue reporting but railing on the leadership just seems like real dumb thing to do if he wants to return a interesting soap opera none the less .
